About Me

From the bustling streets of New York, I adapted to hustle culture instantly at a young age. I made many choices for the wrong reasons: title, salary, and the prestige of organizations, and yet, I still felt unfulfilled.

Now, I’m an Executive Coach and consultant based out of Los Angeles, focusing on meaningful change within the self and organizations. With a degree in Behavioral Science and having dedicated most of my career in finance, my work is informed by the intersection of business and humanity. As a former Chief of Staff for numerous fast-growing companies, I’ve coached C-suites on kind and efficient communication to help drive purpose throughout organizations. And despite – no, because – my most prestigious work title came with the most unfulfillment of my career, I learned so much that I’m now passing along to the people I coach.

Advocating for social justice and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, I hold these core values high—they not only drive my professional ethos, but also fuel my personal endeavors. I take great pride in speaking up when it matters most, even when it is hard, to create a positive impact in both the professional and societal realms. I truly want to see the world become a more equitable place.

My biggest motivation is to help people make choices that are fully in line with their authentic selves. Alignment is something that you feel in your body—it’s about making choices that feel right physically in your body, not choices that just sound right.
